1Is Tivimagic Player similar to services like Netflix™, Prime Video™, or other streaming platforms?

Tivimagic Player is not the same as streaming services like Netflix™, Prime Video™, or similar platforms. Those services offer their own content libraries, whereas Tivimagic Player is simply an application that allows you to stream content from third-party providers. To use Tivimagic Player, you need a playlist subscription from an independent provider.


Please note: If your IPTV provider gave you a link to download Tivimagic Player or suggested using it, this does not mean they own or manage the app. Tivimagic Player operates independently and is not affiliated with any content provider. It is just a media player, so please do not leave negative reviews in the app store due to content or video issues.

2I'm unable to play any channels, movies, or shows. What steps should I take?

Having Trouble Playing Content? Try the Following:


• Make sure you have added a valid and active playlist from your IPTV provider to Tivimagic Player.

• Confirm that your IPTV provider's server is up and running.

• Double-check your login credentials or the playlist link given by your IPTV provider.


If you've verified all of the above and still can't play any content, please reach out to your IPTV provider for support (not Tivimagic Player customer service).

3How do I get a free trial of TiviMagic Player?

Once you download and install TiviMagic Player from the Google Play Store, you will automatically receive a free activated version that you can use for an extended period.


Please note: Some important features are only available with the Premium level.

4What is Premium level in TiviMagic Player?

Upgrading to Premium in TiviMagic Player gives you access to all features of the app.


On Android devices and Apple iPhone/iPad, you can purchase Premium directly within the app.

5I paid for Premium in TiviMagic Player on Android or iPhone. Can I use Premium features on my Samsung, LG, FireTV, or Roku TV?

Unfortunately, no. TiviMagic Player is developed separately for each platform, so premium access does not transfer between different device types.


We understand that the cost may feel high, but it's essential for maintaining the security of TiviMagic Player and providing the best possible experience for all our users.

6How many devices can I use Premium on with a single purchase?

TiviMagic Player is developed separately for each device and platform.


A Premium purchase only applies to the specific device you bought it on—each device requires its own Premium purchase.

7Where can I find the Device ID and Device Key? What are they?

When you install the TiviMagic Player app, it automatically generates a unique Device ID and Device Key for your device.


You can view both of these in the app by going to Settings > About Device.

8I'm experiencing payment-related issues when trying to get Premium. What should I do?

We have developed the TiviMagic Companion app specifically to help resolve issues related to viewing pricing details or problems with Google Pay.


It provides an alternative solution for handling payment-related issues and ensures a smoother experience.

9I paid but I am not satisfied with the service. What should I do?

If your payment was for a TV/Channels subscription or a content playlist provided by a third-party service, please note that TiviMagic Player is only a media player and does not sell or provide any content directly. We are not affiliated with any third-party TV/Channels or content providers, and we are not responsible for their services, content, or payment issues.


Here's what you can do:


Contact Your TV/Channels Provider: If you're experiencing issues with the content, channels, or subscription you purchased, please contact the provider who sold you the playlist or TV/Channels subscription. They are responsible for the content and any billing concerns.


Check Your Playlist: Make sure the playlist or login credentials provided by the third-party provider are correct and have been properly added to the TiviMagic Player app.


TiviMagic Player Support: If you encounter any problems specifically related to the TiviMagic Player app (such as functionality issues), please reach out to our Support Team for assistance. Providing screenshots may help us assist you more effectively.


We understand that some TV/Channels providers may recommend using TiviMagic Player as a media player, but this does not mean the app is owned or operated by them. Please avoid leaving negative ratings or requesting refunds due to issues with your TV/Channels subscription, as these matters are beyond our control.

10Why can't I open the app on my device?

1-This is maybe because of your internet connection, please check at first your internet connection befor you contact your provider. Many times it is caused because of the connection and not because of the provider!


2-Your device didn't pass Google's latest integrity check, so the app can't run for security reasons.


Q: How can I fix this?

A: Please use an official, unmodified device with up-to-date Google Play services.


Q: Can I bypass the integrity check?

A: No, bypassing is not possible for your safety.

11Why is the app freezing on start?

The app needs to load the list from your source or provider's server every time it starts.


The app performs a series of security checks before allowing access.

12How do I hide certain categories from Live TV, Movies, or Series?

You can easily hide categories in the TiviMagic Player app:


• Tap Settings and then select Hide Categories.

• Choose the categories you want to hide (Live TV, Movies, Series).

• Once hidden, these categories will no longer appear in your categories list.

13Do the TiviMagic Player APP have an EPG-SYSTEM?

No, the app didn't have an EPG system integrated but if your provider has an EPG - READY sysem then it would work with our platform.

14My internet speed is fast, but the app still buffers and loads slowly. Why?

While TiviMagic Player always uses your maximum available internet speed, streaming speed also depends on the performance of your third-party IPTV provider's server. If their server is slow or experiencing issues, you may notice buffering or slow loading.


Here are some possible reasons for buffering:


• Provider Server Issues: Even with a fast internet connection, if your IPTV provider's server is slow or overloaded, streaming will be affected.

• Network Congestion: Other devices using your network can reduce available bandwidth for streaming.

• Device Performance: Make sure your device has sufficient memory and processing power for smooth playback.


Please note, TiviMagic Player is only a player and relies on both your device's capabilities and the IPTV provider's server performance.
